The State Government and Toowoomba Regional Council are partnering together to bring the Thrive Project to the Toowoomba Region aiming to inspire and encourage women and girls of all ages to lead healthy and happy lives by participating in a range of fun and social exercise activities throughout 2017-18. It’s a great opportunity to try something new , meet different people, enjoy fun times with friends and family, boost your energy levels and feel great.
All activities are suitable for beginners and are free or low-cost, including yoga, hula hooping, mindful walking, zumba/ konga, kick-box and core, body-weight / cardio-boxing, bushwalking, mountain biking, kayaking, archery tag, magical parks and cycling.
