From:Wednesday 26 September 2018
To:Sunday 12 November 2017
Time:12:00am -  Wednesday 26 September 2018
Location:Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery, 531 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, QLD 4350 Australia

Jayne is a local artist whose father was a young soldier from Toowoomba. Growing up in the 1950s Jane asked many questions about the war but was given only select answers. Her creative mind was encouraged and overs the years she has imagined the possible surroundings and experiences of soldiers during World War II in PNG, what could have happened, and how the country appeared.

This exhibition explores imaginative landscapes and battles and paints a narrative of war - told by the offspring of a soldier.
