Compassionate Communities Conversation Series
|From:||Wednesday 26 June 2019|
|To:||Wednesday 26 June 2019|
|Time:||10:30am - 12:30pm Wednesday 26 June 2019|
|Location:||City Golf Club Toowoomba, 254 South Street, Toowoomba, Queensland 4350 Australia|
You're invited to join the conversation to discuss how we can build a compassionate community in Toowoomba.
Compassionate communities are communities with networks of support for their local community members who are experiencing loss, ageing, dying and grief.
This is an important conversation for your whole community. You will receive information and participate in discussion including: how to become a more compassionate neighbour, what community services and supports are currently available and explore what a compassionate community would look like in your neighbourhood.
Everyone is invited.
This project is administered by Palliative Care Queensland in partnership with Council on the Ageing Queensland, Health Consumers Queensland and Carers Queensland and funded by the Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors Age-friendly Queensland grants.
