Further your blacksmithing skills and create your own fireside set.Prerequisite: Blacksmithing Beginners WorkshopCost includes expert instruction, all materials, and mealsRequirements: Please wear closed in boots (or steel capped), long trousers and long sleevesAll our Blacksmithing Workshops have a maximum number of eight participants to ensure you receive all the assistance and direction you require.On the weekendMove to the next level and learn scroll work to make a decorative fire poke and rake.After completing this workshop, you are eligible to participate in the Blacksmithing Project Workshops.Meet your tutorTerry Drennan began training as a blacksmith and farrier in Melbourne when he was 21 years old. He has won the Australian champion in blacksmithing and farriery on many occasions. At the same time, Terry never lost the skills and enthusiasm for the other traditional facets of his trade such as making decorative gates and furniture.
