Our Region is transforming. The population is growing and new technologies are changing the way we live, work and connect. We need to balance these changes without losing the lifestyle that makes our Region great.

Join us on Saturday 16 November and be part of the conversation about the role of walking, cycling and public transport in urban design and planning.

We’ll also explore challenges and opportunities associated with improving our transport options and maintaining the liveability of our growing Region.

The forum will feature presentations from local and international speakers including Herbert Tiemens, the Netherlands – Dutch Cycling Embassy (via Skype); Dr Rodney Tolley, North America - Walk21 (via Skype); Greg Vann, Brisbane - Ethos Urban; Dr Jenny Olson, Perth – Curtin University (via Skype) and Jerryn Zwart, Brisbane - Zwart Transport Planning.
